We have declared a “\u2605\u2605 Two-Star” rating under the “SECURITY ACTION” initiative. This program, established by the Information-Technology Promotion Agency, Japan (IPA), is a self-declaration system encouraging small and medium-sized enterprises to proactively implement information security measures to achieve a safe and secure IT society. We fully support the objectives of “SECURITY ACTION” and will continue to strengthen our information security measures moving forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Basic Policy on Information Security<\/em>

Bando Electric Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) is committed to protecting information assets entrusted to us by the Company, our customers, and business partners from threats such as accidents, disasters, and crimes.
To earn the trust of our customers, business partners, and society, the entire company will address information security based on the following policies:

1. Responsibility of Management
The Company, under the leadership of management, will make organizational and continuous efforts to improve and enhance information security.

2. Establishment of Internal Systems
The Company will establish organizations to maintain and improve information security and define information security measures as formal internal regulations.
3. Employee Commitment
Employees of the Company will acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for information security and ensure solid engagement in information security initiatives.

4. Compliance with Laws and Contractual Requirements
The Company will comply with laws, regulations, norms, and contractual obligations related to information security and meet customer expectations.

5. Response to Violations and Incidents
In the event of violations of laws, breaches of contracts, or incidents related to information security, the Company will respond appropriately and strive to prevent recurrence.
